Stallholders

Each year our 280 stall spaces fill up very quickly and are usually fully booked by May each year.  

2025 - We are nearly fully booked - if you would like a stall selling something unique, we may still have a space available for you. 

We limit the number of stalls selling similar items and certain categories fill up very quickly.

Important

All Stallholders must comply with the Site Operators Terms & Conditions 2025 - (a copy  will be sent with Stall Confirmation)

All Stall holders, volunteers & entertainers must act in accordance with the Waimate Strawberry Fare Health & Safety Plan 2025 ( a copy will be emailed before the fare)  

The 2025 List of stall holders will be posted early in November
