Each year our 280 stall spaces fill up very quickly and are usually fully booked by May each year.  

New Bookings for the 2024 fare open on 1st March

To apply for a site please send an email to the Stalls Convenor, with details of what you plan to sell.  info@waimatestrawberryfare.co.nz

All Stallholders must comply with the Site Operators Terms & Conditions 2024

All Stall holders, volunteers & entertainers must act in accordance with the Waimate Strawberry Fare Health & Safety Plan 2024 this will be sent to all confirmed stall holders prior to the fare
